Numerous and diverse tributes have been paid to Sergio Leone today and in recent days, commemorating the great director on the thirtieth anniversary of his passing. In addition to Sky Cinema's channel entirely dedicated to programming his films, all major newspapers, websites, periodicals, news programs, and television shows have honored Leone by retracing his career, collecting testimonies from those who knew him, and analyzing the impact of his legacy on the works of contemporary directors. Furthermore, Poste Italiane will issue a stamp today, part of the thematic series 'Italian Excellences of Entertainment,' dedicated to the director. This comes ahead of the exhibition 'Once Upon a Time Sergio Leone' (from December 12 at the Ara Pacis in Rome) and the film 'Colt,' based on an idea by Sergio Leone, which will be directed by Stefano Sollima.
