23-year-old Mitch loses his girlfriend shortly before their wedding during a terrorist attack. Seeking revenge, he is recruited by CIA Director Irene Kennedy as a black ops agent. The Director then assigns him Cold War veteran Stan Hurley to train him. Together, they investigate a series of attacks on civilians and military personnel, uncovering a pattern of violence that leads them to a confrontation in Turkey. In the Middle East, they must prevent an imminent world war.
