An unexpected storm strands a family gathered on a small island to celebrate the golden wedding anniversary of the elderly parents, Pietro and Alba. The many relatives are forced to live together under the same roof for two days and two nights, with no escape.
And the storm raging on the island inevitably stirs up everyone's emotions as well.
The lives of siblings, cousins, and grandchildren inevitably intertwine, suspended between a past that brings back old, never-forgotten disagreements, a present that reignites unresolved conflicts, and a future that appears uncertain for everyone. The island transforms into a labyrinth of passions.
