L'americano

Marcello and Leo, aka “the American”, are two boys who in the eighties live out their childhood in Naples.

The former is the son of a bank employee at the Banco di Napoli, while the latter is the child of a mobster.

Their friendship will span thirty years of Italian history.

Their bond will be unbreakable and will survive painful separations, cruelties and passions.
