The Hateful Eight – the premiere at Cinecittà

Quentin Tarantino, Kurt Russell and Michael Madsen, director and performer of The Hateful Eight, together with the master musician Ennio Morricone, premiered in Rome, in the legendary Cinecittà Theater 5 that was the setting theater of Fellini, the last effort of the director twice Oscar winner. For the occasion, the Theater has been transformed into a movie theater equipped with a mega screen of 21X8 meters, where the film was projected in full version and in 70mm format, as it was designed and built, in order to enhance the definition and the spectacular aspect of the images. Spectacular even the set design, inspired by the cult sites of the western and completely covered in snow. At the preview there were 888 guests, a number chosen not by chance by the same Tarantino, because eight are the protagonists of the film and The Hateful Eight is his eighth film.
